Boost Healthy Gut Bacteria

Overall health starts in the gut. Good bacteria, and crowding out the bad bacteria, is key. Approximately 60-80% of the immune system is located in the gut and a dysbiosis (or an imbalance of bacteria/gut flora) has been linked to autoimmune diseases and numerous other health problems.

Start the healing process by introducing, or increasing, plant-based foods such as broccoli, bananas (a good prebiotic), beans, blueberries and more daily.
